.REFUNDS (FREE!)

We accept refunds or exchanges on unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days from purchase. Contact our customer service team before the 30 days at support@naomihena.com  to request a refund and return shipping label. If you receive your item and it's been damaged in transit, please contact us promptly.

Refunds are available for customers in the US and Canada, and International at the return shipping expense of the customer.

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days.

CANADA

$10 flat rate shipping

INTERNATIONAL 

$13 flat rate shipping


*We reserve the right to change or adjust shipping rates, as well as request additional shipping for items or countries requiring significantly higher shipping rates* By contrast, any shipping overages paid will be refunded to the customer.

Shipping is dispatched out of U.S.A. or Canada , and provided through USPS or Canada Post. Shipping timelines may vary based on your location. As items are shipped through an external agency, we can not guarantee shipping timelines.

U.S.A  : 2 - 5 business Days

Canada : 2 - 8 business Days

International  :  10-15 business days

.CUSTOMS

The purchaser is responsible for all additional taxes, duties, customs, and fees incurred. We do not collect any additional fees. If applicable, you will be notified and contacted directly by your government agency. Please verify your country's policies and fees prior to ordering.

 

.ORDER CANCELLATION

We will accept order cancellation within 24 HOURS of your purchase being processed. After 24 hours, we can't guarantee cancellation as your item may have been shipped or in transit. Please contact us for more information or to cancel at  support@naomihena.com

If you received your item and it has been damaged in transit, please contact us promptly at support@naomihena.com for further direction.
